We are thrilled to welcome beloved author Ariel Lawhon back to Page & Palette! On TUESDAY, OCTOBER 20th at 6PM, the two-million copy bestselling author of The Frozen River will sign and discuss her exhilarating new historical novel, THE PIRATE QUEEN. 

Ariel has carved out a real niche for herself writing sweeping historical fiction inspired by real-life, badass women from history and her newest novel is no exception: THE PIRATE QUEEN tells the story of an infamous Irish chieftain and folk heroine who risked everything to protect her people against the powerful Elizabethan regime. 

This is a ticketed event — a purchase of THE PIRATE QUEEN is required for admittance. The book and ticket are available for pickup on September 8th or the day of the event.

The first 100 ticket holders will be seated in The Book Cellar. All other ticket holders will watch and listen via televisions posted throughout the bookstore and Latte Da. After Ms. Lawhon speaks, the signing line will form based on seat number.
