Two Weeks to Kill is a true story that almost consumed me while I was living in Mexico. There is quite of Spanish used but a glossary in the back. It gets a bit wild and tacky. People die. Why? How? You'll have fun and many surprises finding out! All I can tell you is... I lived through it... barely. Joyce Vath
About the Author
Joyce Vath studied at the Actor's Studio and with Lucille Ball. She did movies and TV but preferred live theatre, co-starring with many stars such as Pat O'Brien, Cyd Charise, Bob Cummings, etc. Retirement didn't slowed her down with 38 productions in Mexico where she and her late husband, Richard, helped build a theater that is still going strong. Beginning her life with a college major, Joyce got back to writing when Richard decided they should retire from Show Biz. She edited an English language newspaper in Mexico for five years, publishing many stories in international magazines. She moved to Fairhope when Richard passed away and has appeared at Theatre 98 in "Musical Comedy Mysteries of 1940," "Exhibit This," and "The Games Afoot." Now she's determined to get back to her first love, writing. "Two Weeks to Kill" is a fictionalized version of something that actually happened while they were living in Ajijic, Mexico. You'll find out why she had to fictionalize the story when you read the book!
